Rulaye GO provides website design, local SEO, automated lead follow-up, missed-call text back, and 5-star review funnel systems for service-based businesses on a monthly subscription basis. Specific deliverables are outlined in your service agreement.
3. Monthly Subscription
Our services are provided under a monthly subscription model with clear monthly terms built on performance and client satisfaction. Setup, hosting, maintenance, and continuous system updates are included in your monthly fee.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate business information, services, and branding assets needed to build and maintain your system. You retain full ownership of your domain and business data.
5. Intellectual Property
All website design, copywriting, and automation workflows created by Rulaye GO are licensed to you for the duration of your active subscription. Your existing brand assets remain your property.
6. Limitation of Liability
Rulaye GO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding month.
